Healthcare Payer BPaaS Sales Director Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Healthcare Payer BPaaS Sales Director with 15 to 20 years of expertise in the Healthcare Payer BPaaS Sales domain.
This role is pivotal in driving sales strategies and achieving business objectives while working remotely.
The ideal candidate will leverage their domain expertise to enhance our service offerings and contribute to the company's growth and societal impact.
Location / Travel This is a hybrid position where the qualified professional can live anywhere in USA but must live near a major airport to travel up to 50% across the continental USA.
Responsibilities * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in the Healthcare Payer BPaaS Sales domain.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Lead sales presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts and partnerships.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
* Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
* Utilize advanced sales techniques and tools to enhance customer engagement and retention.
* Mentor and guide junior sales team members to foster professional development and growth.
* Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Required Qualifications * Possess extensive experience in Sales and with a focus on Medicare-Payer and Medicaid.
* Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends.
* Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Show proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
* Display strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
* Hold a bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

Make sound investment decisions based on data to increase value * Commercial knowledge: Ability to analyze sales opportunities and help qualify leads and opportunities.
* Relationship Management: Skilled in maintaining relationships with Clients, internal stakeholders and within Business Unit.
Ability to communicate across stakeholders to align strategic plan & direction.
