We have the following shift available: Monday - Friday from 11AM-4PM The hourly rate for this role is $15/hour.

What you will do: * Fulfill client orders and aid in support tickets * Work directly with platform users in answering their questions and helping to resolve any issues * Communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone * Ensure client satisfaction in every interaction What you will bring: * Positive attitude and work ethic * Friendly and personable disposition * Tech-savvy and quick learner * Problem-solving skills * Excellent communication skills - written and verbal * Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus: * Salesforce * Microsoft Excel * Google Suite * Zendesk Why join Awardco?
