CADRE TEAM LEADER

The Position Cadre Team Supervisors and Leaders, within the Office of the Military, Nevada Army National Guard, educate, train and mentor at-risk 16 to 18-year-old youth in a 24-hour/7-days-a-week setting who have not completed high school, are high school credit deficient, and demonstrate a desire to improve their potential for success and lead productive lives.

Cadre Team Leaders assist in educating, training, and mentoring at risk 16-18 year old youth.

Cadre Team Leaders are responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Cadets participating at Battle Born Youth Challenge Academy, teaches the Cadet disciplinary process, provides direct instruction in the program's eight core components and conducts Cadet physical training related exercises as well as role model appropriate life coping skills.
