Lead Development Representative - B2B Outreach/Data Entry/Customer Support

Location: Athens, GA (On-Site)

Pay: $16/hour (Weekly Pay)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Our client provides B2B marketing support to some of the world's most recognized tech and software companies. They specialize in lead generation and sales pipeline development, setting themselves apart with a strong focus on professionalism, data accuracy, and client satisfaction.

They are looking for you, an experienced Lead Development Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.

What you get to do:

• Make outbound B2B calls to gather key information and qualify leads

• Enter detailed notes and call data into internal systems

• Schedule follow-up appointments for client sales teams

• Research and stay up to date on client services and offerings

• Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects

What you need to succeed:

• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or data entry experience

• Clear, articulate phone presence and strong writing skills

• Ability to type 35-45 WPM and navigate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• High attention to detail and the ability to follow scripts and processes

• Must complete a clear and mistake-free voice recording during the application process
