We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our Investment Management in the role of Client Relations Manager.

This new position within our fund division will have a broad scope of responsibilities to support the private capital business in fundraising.

The person in this role will draw upon their extensive experience in private equity investor-facing functions.

They will service and respond to new and existing clients while building trusted long-standing relationships.

Specifically, this highly visible position will be responsible for: * Support the company's efforts to establish and grow its private capital platform into a trusted partner with leading institutional investors.

* Coordinate and complete responses to client questions, questionnaires, and requests for proposals.

* Tracking client interactions and maintaining/building CRM tools for internal and organizational purposes.

* Create internal databases and identify efficiencies to ensure timely and accurate responses to clients.

* Regularly create and update presentations, reports, and other due diligence materials.

* Research, track, and communicate industry trends internally to leadership and externally to clients.

* Update peer assessments and private capital conditions.

* Assist with ad-hoc projects and analyses.

* Innovate and assist in building a best-in-class platform.

* Other duties as assigned.

What we need from you: * Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) with emphasis in business and finance.

MBA is preferred.

* 5 or more years of professional experience in real estate private equity, investor relations, or related fields.

* Understand industry key concepts, competitive landscape, and real estate private equity fund mechanics.

* Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and proficiency in Excel.

* Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills with an eagerness to present and communicate with key stakeholders.

* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

* High integrity.

* Ability to work independently.

* Resourceful.

* Proficiency with AI tools is an advantage.

* Experience with Juniper Square and CRM tools.

* Able to travel up to 20% of the time with overnight stays.

Tuesday through Thursday are in-office for collaboration, with the opportunity to work remotely on Monday and Friday.

For candidates outside San Diego and surrounding counties remote working options may be available.

The pay range for this role is $112,160 - $141,321 - $181,775 #LI-HC1 Offers near the high end are uncommon but may be considered for candidates with exceptional experience and skills and are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

You may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and an annual discretionary stock award, to be discussed during the interview process.

An annual pay rate and total compensation package is generally determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, education, skills, performance, and abilities, as well as internal equity, company performance, and alignment with market data.
