Practice Manager Primary Care/Endocrinology

Additional Information About the Role We're hiring at Missouri Baptist Medical Center.

The practice manager will be part of a team supporting a primary care and endocrinology group.

We are a high volume, high opportunity clinic supporting 8 physicians and advanced practice providers.

This role supervises and mentors Lead MAs, PSRs, LPN and RN positions while managing budgets, staffing levels, and patient concerns.

2 years of medical group experience required Lean Methodology, EPIC and leadership experience preferred.

Endocrinology practice experience is a plus.
