About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Operations Manager to lead and oversee quality initiatives at our data center manufacturing facility in Grenada, MS. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the quality department, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and ISO 9001 standards, and driving a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a strong technical background and proven success in enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and continuously improve the plant's quality management system in alignment with ISO 9001 and customer standards.

Supervise, mentor, and develop the quality team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.

Monitor, analyze, and report key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.

Implement lean principles and continuous improvement strategies to prevent and resolve quality issues.

Partner with engineering, production, and customers to address technical and quality concerns.

Conduct internal audits, oversee corrective and preventive actions, and ensure proper documentation.

Coordinate and deliver quality-related training across the organization.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality assurance matters.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3-5 years of experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, 8D problem-solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to analyze and present data effectively.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Role:
