A growing orthopedic manufacturer in Warsaw, IN, is hiring an Orthopedic Polisher to join their team.

Hours & Pay Pay: $17.00 per hour Shifts Available: * 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 p.m.

- 11:00 p.m.

* 3rd shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 p.m.

- 7:00 a.m.

What You'll Do As an Orthopedic Polisher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring implants and devices meet the highest quality standards.

Your daily tasks will include: * Polishing orthopedic implants and devices using specialized tools and equipment * Inspecting surfaces for imperfections and applying corrective polishing techniques * Collaborating with the manufacturing team to meet precise specifications * Following strict safety and quality protocols in a clean, organized workspace * Performing routine maintenance on polishing equipment to ensure efficiency What We're Looking For * Previous polishing, finishing, or manufacturing experience preferred (medical device experience a plus) * Proficiency with polishing tools, abrasives, and compounds * Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to meet quality standards * Willingness to train the right candidate with the right aptitude and work ethic * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, crouching, and using hands/fingers for extended periods Take the Next Step If you're ready to grow your career while helping create products that make a real difference, this could be the perfect fit.
