Costing Construction Manager

Position: Costing Construction Manager

Location: BKK, Thailand (onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled Costing Construction Manager who has a strong background in indirect costing and a deep understanding of market trends in the Thai construction industry. This role will lead the cost planning and analysis process, ensuring accurate, competitive, and sustainable cost structures for tendering and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage detailed cost plans, including indirect cost analysis and allocation.

2. Evaluate construction sequences and technical requirements to provide accurate cost estimations.

3. Oversee tender costing processes, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.

4. Monitor industry developments, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory updates to maintain cost competitiveness.

5. Collaborate with procurement, project, and engineering teams to ensure cost data accuracy and alignment.

Qualifications

1. In-depth knowledge of the Thai construction supply chain, including local suppliers, subcontractors, and pricing trends.

2. Strong expertise in indirect costing and cost allocation strategies.

3. Experience in procurement or strong familiarity with procurement processes (preferred).

4. Excellent analytical and financial skills with high attention to detail.

5. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

6. Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools.

7. Can communication in English (Read, Write and Speaking).
