The Client Solutions team are responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients.
Working with the top agencies and brands across Europe to educate and inform about the exciting evolution of TikTok.
Responsibilities * Educating brands and ecosystem partners (media agencies, creative agencies, consulting) on TikTok marketing product solutions and measurement * Driving media strategy, planning, and implementation of media campaigns to deliver against partners' business goals * Support and work with the Brand Partnerships Manager and Industry Activation Strategist on pre-sale research, strategy and pitch * Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery * Manage and grow post-sale partner relationships with brands and agencies * Present findings and insights in a consultative way to the partners and collaborate with the relevant internal teams in order to provide a complete solution * Monitor and analyse ad campaigns, to identify optimisation opportunities for improving and scaling performance * Investigate and work directly with product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot partner issues on the platform * Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to building productive relationships with partners, in collaboration with the Brand Partnerships Manager
