CHC is seeking an Internist/Internal Medicine Physician to join the team at our Burlington, South Burlington, and Champlain Islands locations!

Responsible for providing direct outpatient, medical services to CHC patients.

Renders services that reflect current standards of medical care appropriate to local medical community.

Responsible for coordination of, documentation of and continuity of care and for risk management.

Participates in quality assurance and quality improvement efforts.

Basic Qualifications Education * Graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of residency training program Knowledge, Skills and Ability * Good organizational and staff coordination skills * Willingness to work flexible hours * Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively with initiative.

* Affinity for working with a culturally and economically diverse patient population.

* Considering candidates both with and without OB experience Licensure, Certification, and Other Requirements * CPR certification * License to practice medicine in State of Vermont * Board certification or clear path to board certification in family practice, or internal medicine * Successful credentialing and privileging by CHCB and applicable insurance companies, and possession of admitting privileges at local hospital/medical center Compensation commensurate with direct experience within the range of $175,000 - $209,438 base pay annually.
