The Springs of Greers Ferry is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled rehab team. As a COTA, you’ll support residents in restoring daily function, adapting to limitations, and achieving greater independence in their everyday lives.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist

Assist in implementing individualized care plans focused on residents’ goals

Monitor and document resident progress, adapting interventions as needed

Encourage engagement in meaningful activities that promote self-care and quality of life

Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive techniques and use of assistive devices

What You Bring:

Active Arkansas COTA license

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ daily lives
