Clinical Director (Relocation Assistance available) - Grain Valley, MO

Shift: Monday-Friday, (Days)

Position Summary:

The Clinical Director will lead a multi-disciplinary therapy team providing integrated services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays. This role combines clinical leadership with direct client care and is ideal for a licensed OT, PT, SLP, or BCBA seeking a collaborative, play-based therapy environment that promotes inclusion and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and team scheduling

Provide direct client care alongside leadership responsibilities

Lead team communication, meetings, and collaborative planning

Manage onboarding and training for new hires

Facilitate staff performance reviews and development plans

Support marketing and recruiting efforts to meet clinic goals

Qualifications:

A master's degree in one of the following: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Speech Language Pathology

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred

Experience or interest in team leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration

Completion of internal leadership training (or willingness to complete upon hire)
