Summary: The Hamilton School District is seeking a full-time counselor to provide support and guidance to students in our school.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing counseling services to students, working with parents and teachers to identify students in need, and developing and implementing programs to promote student well-being.

Responsibilities: * Provide individual and group counseling to students in grades K-8 * Collaborate with teachers and parents to identify students in need of counseling services * Develop and implement programs to promote student well-being, such as stress management and conflict resolution * Provide crisis intervention services as needed * Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress * Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote student success * Attend meetings and conferences related to counseling and student well-being * Stay up-to-date on best practices in counseling and student support * Other duties as assigned by the school administration Requirements: * Degree in counseling or related field * State certification or licensure as a school counselor * Experience working with children and adolescents in a counseling capacity * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrators * Knowledge of best practices in counseling and student support * Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines * Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environmentSummary: The Hamilton School District is seeking a full-time counselor to provide support and guidance to students in our school.
