Job Summary Kutztown University of Pennsylvania enrolls approximately 7,500 students across its graduate and undergraduate programs.Located in a charming rural setting in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, the University is just a 20-minute drive from the metropolitan areas of Allentown/Bethlehem and Reading, and about an hour from the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

The University seeks to hire employees with experience working with diverse populations.

The Department of Philosophy & Government invites applicants for our part-time adjunct faculty pool to teach various courses including but not limited to: Budgeting and Decision-Making, Principles and Problems of Public Administration, Public Personnel & Strategic Human Resource Management.

Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications will be certified to be placed in our part-time adjunct faculty pool and remain in the pool while the pool is active.

As the need arises, applicants in the pool will be considered and contacted for on-campus interviews.

During the on-campus interview, a successful interview and demonstration of abilities are required to be selected.

Minimum Qualifications A master's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Human Resource Management, or a related field and five years of public or nonprofit management experience are required to apply.

Preferred Qualifications One year of college teaching experience (or equivalent) is preferred.
