Warehouse Inventory Clerk

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to join our Aurora team. This role focuses on accurate inventory management, shipping and receiving, order picking, and training team members. You will work in a safe, organized warehouse environment, ensuring adherence to quality standards, ISO 9001, and OSHA/EH&S guidelines.

Pay: $20/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, with some weekends

Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, ship, and receive products, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials

Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy

Safely operate warehouse equipment; maintain forklift and HazMat certifications (DOT 49 CFR 172.704 & IATA)

Follow ISO 9001 and OSHA/EH&S standards

Assist with SOP/SOW creation and ensure compliance

Cross-train team members and maintain 5S workplace organization

Communicate effectively with team and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction

Ensure proper chemical storage, labeling, and handling

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a plus

IATA and CFR49 certification required

Forklift certified (all types); experience in chemical/industrial environments preferred

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficient in warehouse management systems
