Director of Payroll

Century Group is in search of an experienced Director of Payroll. Qualified candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Local candidates only. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $180,000 to $200,000 per year.

Job Description:

Oversee corporate payroll functions on a national level

Develop processes and payroll procedures, etc.

Process weekly payroll to over 2000+ employees

Resolve payroll discrepancies, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business Administration

5+ years of supervisory experience

Strong internal payroll software experience

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

Able to work independently and take initiative

Able to adapt to changing priorities
