Position Overview: We are seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to be a part of the Contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) Team.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

In this role, you will be expected to manage the complete onboarding process for client pre-identified/payrolled employees, ensuring adherence to all state and federal regulations.

This role consists of 100% account administration.

Responsibilities of the Onboarding Coordinator: * Facilitate associate onboarding activities, including: * Required federal/state mandated documents such as Form I-9, Form W-4, State specific Tax Forms.

* Client-specific documents.

* Pre-employment screenings and other onboarding tasks as needed.

* Execute daily follow-ups with associates.

* Enter/update associate information into Atrium's HRIS and timekeeping systems.

* Maintain/update Excel and/or Google spreadsheets to organize and track onboarding progress.

Required Experience/Skills for the Onboarding Coordinator: * Experience: 1+ years of work experience.

* Communication: can clearly articulate how to complete onboarding tasks and can effectively liaise with associates.

* Empathy: understand how difficult the onboarding process can be, and step into the associate's shoes and show you care.

* Curiosity: understand the association with effective questioning and listening.

You are genuinely interested in helping.

* Teacher: love sharing insight and knowledge and are patient and thoughtful when educating.

* Delight: constantly think about making associates happy and always go the extra mile.

* Problem-Solver: adept at spotting issues and quickly suggesting solutions.

Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Education Requirements: * Bachelor's degree is required.
