P/T Administrative Assistant $25.00 p/h

Personnel Plus, Inc. is NOW HIRING a Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Monday- Friday, 1 pm - 5 pm

$25.00 p/h

Long-term assignment with potential to be permanent

Duties:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

Greet visitors and provide general support

Organize and maintain physical and digital files

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents

Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records

Schedule meetings and maintain calendars

Order and manage office supplies and promotional materials

Assist with event coordination and logistics

Light custodial tasks

Perform other tasks as needed

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

1+ year of administrative or office support experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of agriculture or the beef industry a plus, but not required

A valid Idaho Driver's License

Drug-free and able to pass a background check
