The Externals Group are working with a large roofing & construction contractor that specializes in full service residential projects. Growing quickly, they are on the look out for a Director of Production. This is someone who will over see multi level employees from repair techs to project managers.

A Day in the Life:

Analyze workflow production, from the project hand off to the final cleanup, to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase quality

Over look and manage the budget to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Performance evaluations of your teams and implement training and coaching to improve the skill set of team members

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a in a senior or exec level role within roofing, construction or a similar industry

Experience managing large teams

Working with budgets & costing
