Refuse Loaders (Pershore)

Renford Recruitment is looking for 5x Refuse Loaders to join a busy waste & recycling team in the Pershore area of Worcestershire

Immediate starts

Full training provided

Temp-to-perm opportunity after successful trial

Duties Include:

Collecting waste/recycling bins from residential & commercial properties

Loading bins onto mechanical loader

Pushing/pulling bins (approx. 15kg)

Walking up to 10km daily

Working outdoors in all weather

Always following health & safety protocols

Skills & Experience:

Experience in refuse a bonus, not essential

Able to follow instructions and health safety procedures

Good communication with public and team members

Hours/Pay:

Monday – Friday 06:45 – 16:30

£12.21 Per hour

Overtime £15.26 Perhour
