As a Appointment Setter you will;
• Contact prospects (potential customers) to gain their interest and schedule F2F appointment visit at their home with the PXS advisor. The PXS advisor explains during the visit what PXS offers.
• Set the date of the made appointment visit in the calendar of the sales advidor who visit the prospect to discuss the service/product and sign a contract
• Support the sales team through gaining interest of the potential client by turning a cold lead into a warm lead
Note:
• Per advisor there are 3500 – 4000 leads / month with additional ‘hotleads’ (= prospects who shared themselves we could contact them to propose PXS)
• The database are private individuals. The database is delivered by PXS and are ex-customers and customers who have for example only internet or only mobile phone)
• The set appointments are contacted again 1 day before the visit to confirm again the appointment
• If the sales advisor had a succesful sales or not, is not our responsibility
Requirements
• 6 months of experience as an Agent within commercial o customer care positions
• Dutch or Flemish native or bilingual with strong communication skills
• Good at using computers, Microsoft tools
• Effective listening and persuasiveness
• Resilience, positive thinking and can do attitude
• Able to work on shifts
