What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales, you’ll play a key role in expanding the presence of WAYB through our wholesale partners. You’ll partner with our sales team to grow our relationships with current accounts, identify and pursue new sales leads, and support the sales team with ongoing account maintenance and helping to deliver a superior customer service experience to bring the WAYB brand to life for our customers.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide day-to-day support to the sales team on sales processes, tools, and order fulfillment.
Maintain relationships with our partners in this department by anticipating their needs and working with the Sales Director to strategically grow the business.
Act as the voice of the brand on the front lines with DTC and Wholesale customers.
Answer incoming customer emails and calls regarding shipping/billing queries, product, service, and general client concerns.
Resolve customer inquiries accurately and timely
Provide day-to-day support to the sales team on sales processes, tools, and order fulfillment.
Be a problem solver and capable of trouble shooting when obstacles arise. We are looking for someone who is clear headed and can think on their toes to investigate problems and come up with time-sensitive solutions.
Monitor the landscape for new wholesale opportunities to expand the business as well as think outside the box on how we can expand our relationships with existing clients.
Act as a liaison between the sales team, and the operations and fulfillment teams.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and report on order fulfillment KPIs, such as order cycle time and accuracy.
Become CPST certified and well-versed on WAYB products to safely and effectively educate, train, and troubleshoot car seat installation with customers
Conduct live video car seat installation training with customers and influencers, as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sales processes and order fulfillment procedures.
Who You Are
Must have wholesale experience working with national retailers
You have high EQ, with the ability to communicate effectively & elevate the customer experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and building relationships
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
You have a passion for family adventure/travel and child safety products

What You’ll Need
Minimum three years experience in Wholesale or DTC sales operations
Experience with ecommerce systems (Shopify preferred)
CPST Certification and experience in the juvenile space is preferred
Experience with national retailers (Amazon, Target, Nordstrom etc) is a plus
Strong understanding of Google Docs and/or MS Office
CX software (Gorgias preferred) and social media messaging proficiency
Undergraduate degree (preferred)
Consumer goods experience (preferred)
U.S Citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (required)

This is a remote position for residents within the continental United States. This role may require some travel to effectively carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position.
