What you'll do:
Diagnóstico y resolución de fallos en servicios críticos como Active Directory, DNS y DHCP.
Soporte de segundo y tercer nivel en incidentes relacionados con caídas de servidores, lentitud de sistemas, errores de autenticación y problemas de replicación.
Recuperación de máquinas virtuales corruptas mediante snapshots y restauraciones desde backup.
Resolución de conflictos de GPO que afectaban el login de usuarios y la aplicación de políticas de seguridad.
Identificación de cuellos de botella en servidores virtuales y ajuste de recursos (CPU/RAM/Storage) para mejorar el rendimiento.
Coordinación con equipos de redes y seguridad para resolver problemas de conectividad, acceso remoto y vulnerabilidades.
Documentación de incidentes recurrentes y creación de procedimientos estandarizados para su resolución.
Who you are:
Sistemas Operativos: Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, administración avanzada de Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO.
Virtualización: VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, gestión de snapshots, templates, HA/DRS.
Infraestructura: Administración de servidores físicos y virtuales, monitoreo con herramientas como Nagios, Zabbix o SolarWinds.
Seguridad: Aplicación de parches, hardening de servidores, control de accesos, auditorías.
Scripting: PowerShell para automatización de tareas y reportes.
Backup & Recovery: Veeam Backup & Replication, políticas de respaldo y recuperación ante desastres.
Cloud (deseable): Conocimientos básicos en Azure o AWS para entornos híbridos.
