Assists in managing daily kitchen operations and staff schedules
Ensures food quality, safety, and consistency according to company standards
Supports in monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing wastage
Maintains cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinates with the Kitchen Manager for staff training and performance evaluation Qualifications:
Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation standards
Leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide team members
Willing and able to start immediately
