Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in your area.

Dealer Network Development: Identify, appoint, and nurture relationships with dealers to expand market reach and ensure optimal product availability.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, using this information to inform sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including builders, contractors, applicators, architects, and approving authorities, to drive business growth.

Sales Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales performance regularly, prepare detailed reports on sales activities, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Product Promotion: Ensure that product quality and benefits are effectively communicated to clients and influencers through presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.

Technical knowledge and qualification

5 plus years of experience in Channel Sales and Sales Management, preferably from the Construction Chemical( Tile Adhesive, epoxy, Grout)

Exposure of Madhya Pradesh location ( Indore/Gwalior preferred)
