Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Desktop Support Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our IT support team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of desktop systems, troubleshooting techniques, and familiarity with enterprise tools, especially in the Outlook and Office 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day user support issues and service requests via a ticketing system.
Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook.
Provide support for Office 365 (O365) related issues.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and support Windows OS and general desktop applications.
Manage basic network troubleshooting and escalate as necessary.
Maintain documentation for support processes and user guides.
Required Skills:
Experience working with any Ticketing Tool (e.g., ServiceNow, Zoho Desk, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Outlook installation, configuration, and issue resolution.
Proficiency in Office 365 tools and troubleshooting.
Basic networking knowledge (LAN, DNS, IP configuration).
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2 years of valid and verifiable experience in a similar desktop support role.
