Role Description
• Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and board meetings.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications.
• Liaise with senior management, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
• Handle confidential documents and information with integrity.
• Conduct research and compile data as needed.
• Assist with personal tasks and ad hoc projects, as requested
Qualifications
Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
Experience with managing Expense Reports
Strong Executive Support skills
Excellent Communication skills
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
