Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead our kitchen. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Middle Eastern cuisine, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to craft memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily kitchen operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation

Design and execute seasonal menus inspired by Middle Eastern flavors

Manage inventory, food cost, and vendor relationships

Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume or fine dining setting

Deep knowledge of Middle Eastern ingredients and cooking techniques

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
