Summary

We’re looking for a Paid Social Media Manager (who actually runs the campaigns)

Third Street Digital is looking for a Paid Social Media Manager who thrives on getting their hands into the platforms, building campaigns that convert, and takes pride in the details. If you are the kind of person who loves social, can manage 30+ campaigns at the same time, and can speak fluently in acronyms like CAPI, GTM, ROAS, and A/B, keep reading.

The Role:

At Third Street, we believe paid social is both art and algorithm. As our Paid Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for high-level strategy and hands-on execution of multi-platform campaigns for multiple clients. You’ll guide strategy, lead optimizations, and educate internal teams and clients along the way. You’re a doer and a teacher, sometimes in the same hour.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Your Day Might Look Like:

· Launching a new conversions campaign in META for one client while analyzing last week’s Pinterest performance for another.

· Writing a creative brief while documenting the results of a new A/B test on Snapchat.

· Building a strategic client proposal while setting up custom tracking in Google Tag Manager.

· Reworking campaign structure because “good enough” isn’t how you work.

What Does Success Look Like?

In 30 days, you will:

· Complete onboarding on team structure, clients, and workflows.

· Shadow existing campaigns across platforms.

· Audit 3-5 current accounts and identify at least three immediate performance opportunities.

· Begin taking ownership of building new campaigns in platform.

In 60 days, you will:

· Shadow campaign optimizations.

· Fully own paid social campaigns, including building and reporting.

· Draft and share a paid social creative testing framework (or improve on existing).

· Recommend improvements to creative strategy, conversion setup, or audience structure.

· Collaborate with the organic team on a test that leverages paid + organic insights.

In 90 days, you will:

· Proactively lead campaign optimizations with clear rationale and documentation

· Serve as a go-to resource on Meta Business Manager and cross-platform paid strategy

· Improve a key process (QA checklist, naming conventions, briefing templates, etc.)

· Report on outcomes of at least 2 A/B creative or audience tests

· Contribute to the agency’s POV on social media trends (CAPI, AI-driven creative, Social SEO, etc.)

Qualifications & Skills:

You’ll Excel in this Role If You:

· Have 3+ years in-platform experience

· Have agency experience or have managed multiple campaigns across different brands/products at once.

· Are fluent across platforms: META, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, X.

· Know your way around META Conversions API, Shopify, and Google Tag Manager.

· Nerd out over metrics like CPA, CTR, and ROAS and can champion the use of data to drive useful insights.

· Are able to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to build proposals, recommend investment levels, and provide strategic recommendations.

· Are obsessed with performance but know creative is half the battle.

· Can run a QA checklist in your sleep and spot errors most people miss.

· Are a strategic thinker, lifelong learner, and a patient explainer.

· Follow paid social and marketing industry news and have a point of view on new trends and opportunities in the social media space.

Must-Haves:

· You build and optimize campaigns, not just talk about them.

· You’ve worked with conversion tracking, custom audiences, and creative testing.

· You can balance a to-do list with thought leadership.

· You have strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· You want to help us grow our social offerings and our team, not just maintain them.
