工作內容:
1. Team業績目標設定與管理
2. VFA人力招募與定著
3. VFA銷售品質的控管
4. 輔導VFA銷售技巧與銷售流程
5. 出勤及活動量管理
需求條件:
- 大學 大專 以上學歷 具人身保險業務員資格且具投資型或外幣保單銷售資格
- 具理財型商品銷售經驗至少兩年以上
- 具面銷經驗至少兩年以上
- 金融保險業相關業務管理經驗至少三年以上
