Sales Leader - Commercial P&C

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to join a growing team within the Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) division. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping the future of the organization, driving sales growth, and mentoring a team of high-performing producers. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in managing producers, fostering collaboration, and achieving sales goals. Compensation Package

Competitive Base Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Lead and manage a team of 12-15 producers across multiple locations.

Drive sales growth by coaching and mentoring producers to meet or exceed sales goals.

Collaborate with the leadership team, regional presidents, and other stakeholders to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Engage with clients and prospects, fostering strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Provide hands-on coaching and support to producers, ensuring their success in building and managing their books of business.

Leverage internal resources, including carrier relationship specialists, service team leaders, and marketing teams, to support sales efforts.

Travel within surrounding regions to meet with team members, clients, and prospects. Qualifications/Requirements

Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing producers in the Commercial P&C space, with a focus on accounts generating $25K+ in premium.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 9-12 direct reports.

Strong understanding of the P&C insurance market, including carriers, industries, and client needs.

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and collaboratively to drive sales and team performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with team members and clients.

Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
