How will you make an impact in this role?
You will interact with card members, victim and applicants, to protect their accounts from fraud activities primarily on mixture of back-end servicing and inbound/outbound calls, whilst providing World Class servicing
Identify and minimize the impacts of fraudulent, collusive, suspicious and unethical activity while approving a new application or existing card member
To identify fraud trends and prevent fraud losses
Make sound decisions through systematic analysis
Meet and perform above and beyond expectations especially in speed & decision quality
Highlight and recommend changes in workflows, procedures, based on customer demands to meet their needs and ensure best-in class customer experience at all time.
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent in English with strong customer & merchant centric mindset. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese would be an added advantage
Strong analytical thinking with eye for details
Able to seek solutions to a problem and holds a high level of integrity
Able to work independently with minimal support
Able to work and adapt in fast-paced environment.
