Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and full physical inventory checks to verify stock accuracy.
Work closely with quality control teams to manage non-conforming materials, inspections, and related corrective actions.
Monitor and help control inventory
Work closely with the warehouse team on pre-kitting and kitting to monitor inventory
Pre-kit inventory to the specified part build to ensure proper counts of inventory
Monitor lot and serial number control
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
Leverage inventory management software and ERP systems to track and manage stock levels, forecast demand, and optimize warehouse operations.
Identify process improvements to increase automation, reduce manual tasks, and streamline inventory workflows.
Be able to stand, walk, lift, climb ladders, step stools, and drive forklift in multiple locations where inventory will be staged
Have good knowledge of computer skills. (EX. Excel, Word, Power Point and Email and Scanners)
