Our client is a marketing platform working with global brands and retailers across leading sectors. Their B2B SaaS platform helps brands and retailers create and manage digital loyalty cards, offers, and memberships within Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, eliminating the need for a dedicated mobile app.

The Job

We’re hiring a Senior Developer to lead delivery across frontend, backend and DevOps workstreams. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on shipping reliable SaaS features, mentoring engineers, and improving engineering practices.

Responsibilities

Translating business requirements into JIRA tasks and delivery plans

Reviewing and approving pull requests to maintain code quality

Conducting daily stand-ups to manage workloads and timelines

Brainstorming and building product features with product owners and engineers

Onboarding, mentoring and delegating to junior and mid-level developers

Owning system direction, reliability and long-term maintainability

Assisting support to triage and resolve production incidents

Improving engineering standards, tooling and CI/CD processes

Joining client meetings to provide clear technical guidance

Ideal Candidate

You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

You have at least 5 years of professional software development experience

You have strong experience with Git and code review practices

You have frontend experience with React, TypeScript, Redux, and redux-saga

You have backend experience with Node.js and cloud services (AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, CDK)

You are familiar with OpenAPI and authentication (Auth0 / OAuth)

You have led teams or mentored engineers and can drive technical decisions

You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
