Job Title: Support Analyst – Accounting Location: Baguio, Philippines (Onsite) Salary: 23000 - 27000 / month About the Role: As a Support Analyst – Accounting, you will contribute to a positive and supportive team dynamic with an optimistic and open-minded approach.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing front-line support in a confident and professional manner.
You’ll also apply your accounting and customer service knowledge to help users maximize their experience with the product.
Responsibilities: Provide internal and external frontline telephone and email support for users.
Manage and maintain multiple pending cases on the CRM that require expert care and attention.
Handle all calls professionally and resolve issues within the required timeframe.
Assist with installation and configuration on office PCs and servers.
Provide technical and analytical troubleshooting for issues raised.
Use the internal knowledgebase to follow troubleshooting articles with clients.
Collaborate with Technical Escalation Teams when needed.
Support testing and development efforts to ensure product enhancements meet user expectations.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in the accounting industry.
Experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB is an advantage.
Excellent command of the English language – both written and verbal.
Background in customer service for a software company is a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset.
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
