Business Analyst – Technical Program Management Office

About the Role

Commercial One Insurance is a Mid-size retail agency that specializes in Commercial Trucking Insurance Services. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Technical Program Management Office, supporting our operations. This position will play a key role in supporting new system implementations and improving business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, ensuring smooth collaboration between business and technical teams, including vendor partners, and providing effective training to end users.

Key Responsibilities

-Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support operational and system needs

-Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business processes into system specifications

-Support system implementation activities, including testing, training, and post-rollout support

-Develop process flows, documentation, and training materials to enhance user adoption

-Facilitate training sessions and serve as a resource to business users

-Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and project teams for clear communication and issue resolution

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience

-Strong understanding of business processes, data management, and system workflows

-Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams

-Experience delivering training or leading workshops

-Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented; proactive and team-oriented mindset

-Experience in insurance preferred but NOT required

-Proficient in Conversational Chinese preferred
