As the Neurology & Gastroenterology TA Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing global strategies focusing on these therapeutic areas across Polpharma markets. Your mission is to drive innovation, market expansion, and launch excellence, ensuring strategic alignment between global direction and local execution. By leveraging insights, trends, and cross-functional collaboration, you will position Polpharma as a leader in Neurology and Gastroenterology, delivering sustainable and competitive growth.
This is a group-level role, operating across multiple markets and business units, with strategic impact on the entire organization
Your responsibilities:
Define global vision and value proposition based on patient insights.
Analyze TA potential, market trends, unmet needs, and competition to shape strategy focusing on Neuro & Gastro Tas and beyond.
Create a 5-year roadmap for innovation, value, and market expansion.
Guide country teams for consistent yet locally adaptable execution.
Build an innovation pipeline addressing unmet needs in Neurology & Gastroenterology.
Lead patient-centric ideation and co-creation with cross-functional teams.
Identify opportunities from adjacent categories and emerging science for focus Tas and beyond.
Prioritize launches for commercial and patient impact.
Align local innovations with global strategy.
Develop global launch frameworks and omnichannel assets.
Equip countries with training and toolkits for high-quality launches.
Monitor post-launch performance and refine future rollouts.
Assess high-potential markets based on readiness and viability.
Build business cases and go-to-market strategies for new entries.
Enable launch readiness through knowledge transfer and capability building.
Drive launch excellence via structured collaboration.
Own TA P&L, ensuring sustainable growth.
Translate strategy into measurable revenue, share, and health outcomes.
Track performance using KPIs and brand metrics; adjust as needed.
Create a global community of practice to share learnings and accelerate innovation.
Act as global TA expert, integrating local insights into strategy.

Proven experience in international marketing in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within generics.
In-depth knowledge of Neurology & Gastroenterology therapeutic areas.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in portfolio management and lifecycle planning.
Demonstrated ability to lead virtual, cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in interpreting market data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
