Power BI Developer

Description We are seeking a Power BI Developer to join our team onsite.

This role will focus on designing and developing interactive dashboards, building scalable data models, and leveraging Azure-based data services to deliver actionable insights across the organization.

Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a related BI role Proficiency in Power BI development, including dashboards, reports, and paginated reports Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M language) Experience with SQL (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning) Expertise in data modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and data warehouse design Familiarity with Azure services such as Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, or Fabric Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions Excellent troubleshooting and performance optimization skills Preferred: experience with security, governance, and row-level security in Power BI Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
