Machine Operative Role (Cheltenham)

Renford Recruitment Ltd is currently looking for 4x Machine Operatives for a well-established packaging company in the Cheltenham area.

Key Details:

Immediate starts available

Full training provided, including progression to Setter-level roles

Potential for permanent placement following a successful trial period

Duties Include:

Operating packaging machinery

Loading items into cutting machines

Manual handling (lifting 12–25kg)

Box assembly and general production tasks

Reporting any issues to supervisors

Maintaining clean and safe working areas

Adhering to health and safety protocols

Long-term opportunity with scope for development

Candidate Profile:

Previous machine or warehouse experience beneficial

Reliable, punctual, and hands-on

Keen to learn and progress within the role

Hours of Work:

Monday: 07:45–16:15

Tuesday–Thursday: 07:30–16:30

Friday: 07:30–13:30

Pay Rate:

£12.35 per hour

39 hours per week, with overtime paid at 1.5x after 12 weeks
