An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Progressor to join a high-performing estate agency team in Luton/Dunstable. We are looking for a motivated, organised and confident individual with a solid background in residential property sales progression. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving property transactions from offer to completion, ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and solicitors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a personal pipeline of 80+ sales at various stages of the progression process.
Liaise with solicitors, buyers, sellers, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to proactively move transactions forward.
Monitor and manage each sale to ensure completion in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on progress, resolving issues as they arise.
Maintain accurate case notes and documentation within the CRM system.
Build strong working relationships with all parties to encourage clear communication and reduce fall-through rates.
Support the wider sales team with insights on progression status and expected completion timelines.
Requirements
Previous experience in a sales progressor or post-sales coordination role within residential property is required.
Proven ability to handle a large volume of sales cases (80+) with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
Strong working knowledge of the sales process from offer through to exchange and completion.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and resilient.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
