Within the Lloyd's Market Development team there is an opportunity to step into a pivotal role supporting our Senior Market Development leaders to attract the best business from across the globe?

Eager to learn, with a broad commercial mindset this is an opportunity for someone wanting to grow their network and knowledge and be instrumental in supporting the Lloyd’s Commercial team in enhancing the market’s proposition through attracting new syndicates, new capital and new ways of writing business profitably.

An influential position where you will help translate the strategic vision of the commercial strategy into tangible results.

You will need be:

Strategic Navigator: You’ll assist in converting high-level strategies into actionable plans. Your analytical acumen will guide us toward sustainable growth and profitability.

Relationship Architect: Cultivate connections with brokers, carriers, and capital providers. Your finesse in engagement will be instrumental in executing growth initiatives.

Intellectual Catalyst: Dive deep into market intelligence. Develop materials that resonate with diverse audiences. Your insights will shape our market’s future.

Project Management Virtuoso: Juggle tasks, resolve issues, and ensure flawless execution. Your attention to detail will be our secret weapon.
