Our Torontol-based, International fashion client requires a Director of People & Culture who will lead the development and implementation of all People & Culture functions, including elevating the employee experience, spearheading employee relations, hiring & onboarding, leading training & development, employee retention & engagement, and overseeing compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert advisor to the Senior Management Team and ensure policies and practices follow all applicable provincial / federal legislation. This role requires both strategic and hands-on duties, and a passion for developing and implementing HR strategy, programs and processes to support organizational objectives, and a flexible approach to adapt to rapidly changing needs.

Responsible for elevating the overall employee experience and ensuring all work environments are on-brand and exude the company culture.
Work with the Senior Management Team to help identify and plan hiring needs.
Work with Recruitment Agencies to source talent.
Help facilitate offers and employment agreements with the Senior Management Team.
Help facilitate offers and employment agreements with management.
Help write and facilitate On-boarding and Corporate Policy Training.
Training & Development
HQ and Warehouse Operations :
Provide On-boarding and Corporate Policy Training for new employees.
Organize and maintain all training material and SOP’s for each department.
Maintain and adjust company policies and procedures as needed.
Work with managers to prepare for performance review meetings.
Schedule performance review meetings for managers and employees.
Help facilitate any training as required by employees or management.
