What You'll Be Doing: As our Lead Compounder, you'll be an expert in the Compounding Department by leading the batching, solving problems on the go, and ensuring every product meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Lead and assign daily compounding activities to meet production goals.

Troubleshoot batching issues and resolve SAP or documentation discrepancies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and productivity.

Investigate deviations and drive corrective actions with a root-cause mindset.

Keep your area clean, safe, and compliant with FDA and GMP standards.

Support the Compounding Supervisor and Manager with special projects and team development.

What We Need from You: High school diploma or GED (math and reading skills is a must!) 5+ years of compounding experience in a manufacturing environment.

SAP experience is strongly preferred.

Previous leadership experience is preferred A strong understanding of GMP, safety protocols, and compounding best practices.

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in a wet, active environment.

Know your way around measuring devices, sanitization, and pre-weigh processes.

Communicate clearly, whether it's with your team or across departments.
