Associate Manufacturing Process Technician INTERESTED CANDIDATES APPLY AND SEND RESUME TO CARRIE AT BROWOODRUFF @ACTALENTSERVICES.COM This is a fully onsite role based in New Albany, OH in a brand new state-of-the-art pharma manufacturing facility.

The Associate Manufacturing position plays a crucial role in the manufacturing organization, responsible for the production of drug substances in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Initially, the schedule will be Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday with 10-hour days, multiple shifts available.

Responsibilities * Ensure proper gowning and aseptic techniques are always followed.

* Ensures components and products are available for a continuous operation.

* Use human machine interfaces (HMIs) to identify alarms and correct line stoppages.

* Able to use computer systems to support training, communication, and electronic batch record documentation.

* Safely follow standardized operating procedures including material handling, record keeping, assembly and packaging.

Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Reports to Team Leader or Production Supervisor of any discrepancies to ensure quality standards and safety of operations are always maintained.

* Assist fellow staff on the manufacturing processes, equipment, and general needs.

Essential Skills * High school diploma or GED with 1 year of manufacturing and/or regulated experience or an Associate's degree.

* Experience in a regulated industry such as biotechnology or pharmaceutical preferred.

* Basic understanding of GMP principles.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office.

* Self-starter, motivated, and curious with a desire to understand the 'why'. Work Environment The role is based in a brand new, state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

The facility is currently undergoing a significant expansion, offering growth opportunities within a dynamic and innovative setting.

The work involves shifts and requires adherence to a dress code for proper gowning and aseptic techniques.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
