The Commercial Roofing Service Sales Rep is responsible for driving sales of roofing services to commercial clients while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial roofing sector.
Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and propose appropriate roofing solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications
Proven experience in commercial roofing sales or related field.
Strong understanding of roofing systems and services, including EPDM, TPO, and single-ply roofing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients.
Experience with account management and customer service.
Knowledge of construction practices and terms related to roofing and building maintenance is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and strong negotiation skills.
