About the role: The Construction Draw Manager is responsible for oversight and management of the Bank's construction loan draw program.

Primary responsibilities include processing construction loan draws and oversight of the functional area to ensure accurate and effective administration.

What you'll do: * The position is responsible for hands-on management of the loan draw process, including managing site inspections, mechanic lien update and draw request analysis/processing, budget analysis/oversight, and reallocation.

Ensuring that project completion percentages are accurate, and the amount advanced under the construction loan is commensurate with the percentage completion and that the loan is in balance at all times.

* The position is the primary contact for obtaining related documentation, such as the AIA form or similar form, from the borrower and third-party vendors throughout the construction period of the loan.

* Review the construction loan agreement along with all construction documents such as the Contractor Agreement, Architects agreement, Plans and Specifications, Permits and Zoning approvals and final budgets along with underwriting files, review closing statements, work with closing attorney and borrower, and coordinate post-closing follow-up for construction loans to ensure completeness of requirements before loan disbursements.

* Coordinate funding of loan settlements for the closing draw and regular draw requests with the appropriate internal departments.

* Effectively manage the customer relationship while providing a positive customer experience and high level of expertise to help ensure all construction projects are managed smoothly.

* Communicate with the Loan Officer(s) or borrower(s) regarding any deficiencies or issues discovered during analysis of all submitted documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy of all documentation supporting the loan.

* Continue to ensure best practices are applied and efficiencies are implemented to enhance and maintain a successful construction loan draw program.
