Job Description

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements and expectations.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to mitigate challenges.

Lead project teams by providing clear guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Manage contract negotiations and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

A strong background in construction project management.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
