Female Support Worker Worcester Start Date This Week

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Support Worker to join our team in Worcester. This is a part-time, fixed-term position for a minimum of three months, requiring a commitment of two days per week.

The successful candidate must be available to start work this week.

You will be based in our Worcester office and will play a crucial role in providing essential support to a diverse range of individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Providing empathetic and practical support work to clients.

Support Working with individuals who have experienced challenges such as homelessness and domestic violence in the Worcester Area.

Managing administrative tasks related to client support in the office environment.

Maintaining accurate and confidential records.

Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

What We're Looking For

Essential: Proven experience as a Support Worker, particularly supporting individuals with complex needs, including those affected by homelessness and/or domestic violence in Worcester

Immediate Availability: Ability to start working as a Support Worker this week.

A compassionate, resilient, and professional approach to work.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.

Living in Worcester or commutable to Worcester

This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1 (Occupational Requirements) for a female worker.
