Richemont – Transport Internship

Duration: 6 months

Please note that you must be enrolled in a university for the entire duration of the internship.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

We are looking for a passionate university student who is eager to grow, develop, and leave a noticeable impact within the transport department. Transport and customs are crucial for businesses, as they ensure companies reach global markets while complying with regulations. At Richemont we aim to develop a high-end customized and seamless customer experience, ensuring the integration of technology and security; and prioritizing sustainable and compliant solutions. This internship will teach you how to build and support the execution of our European Transport strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up measures and dashboards with partners and local logistics, including data Analysis on transport lead times and costs, NPS, and Co2

Supporting the head of transport with data gathering from Markets and 3PL

Supporting project management activities, in particular regarding transport strategy (new services provided by Partners, routes expansions, others…)

GAP analysis of current transport strategy and identification of improvement solutions

Supporting the structuring of transport BCP for the Region

Coordinating where necessary, with colleagues from the markets and departments of other shared functions

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Background: Degree in Management Engineering or Economics – or similar

Language skills: Fluent in English

Organization & Planning: Can orchestrate multiple activities at once.

Data & Analytics: Excellent knowledge of the Office package in particular Excel; knowledge of SAP, Microsoft SharePoint, or other digital/analytics tools is required (eg: Power BI)

People Agile: Has empathy and is an active listener.

Results-oriented: Motivated to reach targets.

Problem-solving: Able to handle difficult situations and can start again from scratch by thinking out of the box.

This is a full-time internship for a duration of 6 months starting in February 2026. Please note that you must be enrolled in a university program for the whole duration of your internship.
